Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs 4,95€ within Germany and from an order value of 60€, shipping is free. Shipping to Austria costs 8,95€, from an order value of 60€ the shipping costs are 4,95€ and from an order value of 120€ the shipping costs are free.
You can find more detailed information about delivery costs under "To which countries do you deliver and how do the delivery costs differ?".
Your package will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days . (Holidays and weekends are not business days). During the holidays there may be delays caused by DHL and us.
If a pre-order item is included in your order, all items will be shipped together after the release of the item. More detailed information about delivery times of pre-order items can be found on the respective product page.
Posters are always shipped rolled. All packages, with or without posters, are packed carefully and well protected.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation after placing your order. You will receive the shipping confirmation as soon as the package has been shipped, automatically and separately. In the email you will also find your tracking code for delivery tracking.
You can cancel your order at any time, you have 30 days from receipt of goods to exercise your right of withdrawal. Feel free to contact us via our contact form or via our email at info@nolae.de. Please include a picture of your order in the attachment.
Generally, we recommend taking a video when opening the merchandise so we can verify if an item is missing/wrong. Minor packaging damage (as well as scratches, creases and dents), are excluded from complaints.
Your cancellation and the right of withdrawal do not apply to opened items and also not to magazines.
If you have chosen Klarna as payment method, please do not open a case with Klarna, but contact us directly.

Since we ship all orders directly from our German warehouse, there are no customs fees or other costs as long as you live in an EU country. Excluded are delivery zone 3 and the Canary Islands. So you only pay the price you paid at the end in our store.
General product questions
All our products are 100% original and imported directly from South Korea. We stand for this with our name and are also official Hanteo Family Members (membership number: HF0045KPU001).
Standard:
The standard version is the "normal" version of the album compared to the others. This usually always includes a photo book, CD, photo cards and other little extras.
Compact:
The Compact version contains fewer extras than the standard version of the same album and is usually smaller as well, making them cheaper. Despite this, the Compact version also includes a booklet (mini photo book), a CD, usually mini posters and other small extras.
Deluxe:
A Deluxe Edition generally just has a bit more extra content than other versions and is accordingly more expensive. In fact, these designations are rarely used compared to all the others. One of the few examples would be "BTS - BE (Deluxe Edition)".
Digipack:
The digipack version is very simple compared to others. It is just about the size of a CD, square and flat. Buyers get a paper sleeve that can be opened. Inside is a CD, a small booklet with photos and a few extras; in most cases photo cards and posters as well.
Digital Code:
This version includes a "Digital Code Card" with a QR code instead of the usual CD, which gives the buyer access to a digital version of the album, and in some cases, exclusive videos or digital photos.
Platform:
This version consists of a paper photo card holder, photo cards and in some cases stickers or a postcard. On the back of a photo card is printed a QR code and a serial number. Buyers must download the "1Takes" app and then use the code or number to access digital content: An album info, all tracks from the album, digital photo cards, the music video and possibly exclusive photos and videos. The photo card holder is just a little bigger than the photo cards themselves.
Kit/Kihno:
Kihno albums are versions that include a so-called "air kit" instead of a CD and are usually much smaller than standard versions. Usually buyers get a photo card set and postcards with it - no photo book. The Air-Kit gives access to the digital album. To do this, the Air-Kit must be connected to the cell phone and the appropriate app "KiT Player" must also be downloaded.
Jewel Case:
Jewel Cases are the classic CDs in a square plastic case and contain only one CD, a small booklet and usually photo cards and/or smaller extras.
LP/Vinyl:
The abbreviation LP stands for "Long Playing" and usually refers to records. Vinyl in this case also stands for records. This type of album may also include photo books, photo cards, and other extras.
Poca:
Poca is short for "photocard" and includes photo cards and a QR code that lets you download a digital album. Poca albums sometimes include a CD for display purposes. (The CD is not playable.) In addition, the Poca album is usually designed to be used as a frame to display the photocard. Buyers need to download the appropriate app "Pocaalbum" and use it to scan the QR code. In the app, you can then listen to the digital album and also get digital photos.
WeVerse:
WeVerse albums also include photo cards, a QR code for a digital album and possibly smaller extras. Buyers need to download the matching app "WeVerse" and use it to scan the QR code. Then you also have access to the digital album and get additional digital, high-resolution photos.
Nemo:
Nemo versions consist of a few photo cards and a Nemo card. Buyers need to download the matching app "Nemoz" and use it to scan the Nemo card. The same applies here as with the Poca and WeVerse versions - a digital album and digital, high-resolution photos.
The Poca, WeVerse and Nemo versions generally include the same content (digital album and photos - no CD), but each is produced by different manufacturers.

For many albums you can choose the version online directly when ordering. If this is not possible, we often have no influence on which version of an album we receive. However, in this case you can write your desired version in the note field and we will try to send the version you requested. Please note that your note may cause your order to take longer to process and we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. If you explicitly state in your note that you would like to receive only a certain version and would otherwise prefer a cancellation, your order will be cancelled free of charge in case of unavailability.
At Nolae we always try to offer as many items as possible. Unfortunately, we are currently tied to the inventory of our Korean partners, so we can't always offer everything. If you're looking for a specific item that we don't offer, feel free to send us a message via email, contact form, or on Instagram. If available, we will give you more detailed information, or try to get the item for you.
Especially with popular items, it can happen that products are sold out. We regularly receive deliveries and renew our inventory. So there are constantly restocks (some items are permanently sold out).
We recommend that you use the [Notify me when available] button on the product page to be notified directly when the product is available for order again.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the contents of the products and can not explicitly check the completeness, because we do not open goods before shipping to preserve the original packaging. Therefore, if the contents are missing, it is unfortunately a production error. Since we do not receive the contents of albums/products individually, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a replacement in most cases. Please note: As soon as you remove the protective foil, your right of withdrawal expires and we will not exchange the product. Please provide us with an unboxing video of you opening the album seal and unpacking the contents. If it is clearly visible on it that something is missing, please write to us. We will surely find a solution together.
We pack all orders by hand and do our best to process everything correctly. But even we unfortunately can not completely exclude errors. Please do not remove the protective foil and contact us immediately via e-mail (info@nolae.de). Tell us your order number in the email and include a picture of the wrong delivery.
Pre-Order items / Pre-orders
A WeVerse Gift is a gift that comes with some Pre-Order orders. WeVerse is the official store of Big Hit / HYBE.
Pre-Order Benefits are usually posters, photo cards or other merchandise items. You can find out which Pre-Order Benefits are included with which item on the respective product page in the description.
In general, more detailed information regarding Pre-Order Benefits is not usually disclosed prior to an item's release date, which is why we at Nolae are often unable to disclose more detailed information than is already provided in the product description.
The release date as well as the expected delivery date of the pre-order items can be found in the product description. Since Pre-Order items are always shipped at a later date, it may happen that the payment is due before the order is received when purchasing with Klarna - again, please do not open a case with Klarna.
Pre-Order gifts and perks will be shipped with all orders received by the release date. Orders received after release will be shipped without a pre-order gift. In individual cases, orders placed after the release date may include pre-order gifts.
Normally, all newly released products are added to our store on the same day. If you miss a pre-order item, please feel free to contact us.
We recommend you to follow our social media account on Instagram @nolae.de , as we announce all new releases there, among other things.
If your Pre-Order Benefit is missing in your order, you can always contact us via our contact form or directly via email (info@nolae.de).
If the Pre-Order Benefit is an item that should be inside your album, then it is a production error. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for this, as we do not open albums before shipping to preserve the original packaging of the item. Please feel free to contact us in this case.
Payment
You can pay us with Google & Apple Pay, by credit card, by Sofortüberweisung, Paypal or Klarna.
If your order does not include a pre-order item and your order has not arrived within our standard delivery time, please contact us directly via our contact form and email us at info@nolae.de.
If your order includes a pre-order item, then your order can only be shipped at the delivery time indicated in the product description of the pre-order item. Therefore, payment may be due before you receive the item.
If a payment does not work, please try to select an alternative payment method and make sure that your bank or credit institution approves the payment. If you have any further problems, please contact us directly.
Don't worry, with wire transfers it is quite possible that the payment status will show "pending" for 1-3 business days. If the order has been processed, there is nothing more to do from your side.
Please check if you have placed your order under a different email. Your confirmation email may also have mistakenly landed in your spam folder. Order confirmations can sometimes take a little longer to arrive.
If your order did not go through correctly and your payment has already been made, please do not worry. Your payment should arrive again in the following business days.

Random Versions
For some albums we have no direct influence on which versions are sent to us. For this reason we offer some albums as "Random Version", because we can only send you a random album version. For example, if you already own an album version and would like to receive only a specific version, and would otherwise prefer a cancellation, you can leave this in the note field.
Please keep in mind that we do our best to accommodate all version requests, but unfortunately cannot guarantee any specific versions.
For our Mystery Photo Card, we offer specific groups and also the "Random" selection. A Random Mystery photo card is a completely random photo card. Here, explicit versions and group member requests cannot be accommodated. If you want to have a photo card from a specific group, we ask you to select that group (if the option is available). If the option is not available, feel free to write it in the notes field.

The most important chart for physical album sales in the K-Pop industry are the Hanteo charts. They calculate shipments and albums sold worldwide from South Korea.
Hanteo calculates real time sales for each confirmed purchase and is not an estimate. Hanteo charts are used for music show calculations like Inkigayo, Show Champion, Music Bank and more.
