Back in October 2023, the TV network tvn confirmed that Jennie will be appearing on camera in a new reality show. The show is called “Apartment 404” and will finally premiere on February 23!
What is it about?
The show is set in an apartment with six residents. The residents are confronted with mysterious incidents in their home and try to uncover the secrets behind them. The special thing: every episode is based on a true story and takes place in different locations and different times.
The cast alone is a guaranteed hit!
Jennie is best known as a member of the girl group Blackpink, one of the most popular K-pop groups in the whole world! But Jennie has also made a name for herself on her own: she made her solo debut in 2018, is considered a fashion icon and even starred in the American series “The Idol” last year.
The singer also already has experience with reality shows. In 2018 she was part of the regular cast of “Village Survival, the Eight”. In the show, the participants had to solve a mystery in a fictional village called “Michuri” in 2024. We are looking forward to seeing Jennie on screen again soon!
The other five residents are no strangers either:
They are the actor Lee Jung Ha (Nevertheless), the actor and singer Cha Tae Hyun (Moving), the actress Oh Na Ra (Sky Castle), the comedian and singer Yang Se Chan (Running Man) and the host and entertainer Yoo Jae Suk. Yoo Jae Suk is the ultimate entertainer guru, who has pretty much done everything there is to do on TV.
Jennie and Yoo Jae Suk have already worked together on “Village Survival, the Eight”.
This mix of young talents and experienced showbiz pros can only be epic!
A few hours ago, teaser posters of all six cast members were released, looking cheerfully and curiously into the camera.
"Apartment 404" promises us more than the usual reality show routine. You can look forward to real, unfiltered moments – the good ones, the funny ones and maybe the occasional chaotic situation too. Will you be there?
