BTS fans have to keep their fingers crossed once again, because after Suga, RM and Jin successfully recovered from Covid-19 at the beginning of the year, Jimin has now tested positive.
Unfortunately, the singer has been hit twice. Yesterday he suddenly suffered from abdominal pain and a slight sore throat and went to the emergency room to get checked out. There he not only tested positive for Covid, but was also diagnosed with acute appendicitis. Early this morning he was operated on straight away because of the inflammation and is currently receiving inpatient treatment.
In its statement on Jimin’s condition, Big Hit assured that he is already recovering well. Luckily, he also had no recent contact with the other members of BTS.
It seems that he has already got through the worst, but of course we still wish Jimin a speedy recovery and hope that he will be fully fit again very soon!
