K-Pop fans who have been on social media over the last few days definitely can't have missed one topic: Kpop.Flex
On Valentine's Day it was announced that there will not just be one date, but two! So a number of K-Pop artists will perform at the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt on both May 14 (Saturday) and May 15 (Sunday).
Because Monsta X can't make it on May 14, the lineup had to be changed. The boy group will perform on Sunday instead! Ticket holders had the chance to cancel their tickets for Saturday and, in the presale, ahead of everyone else, buy a ticket for Sunday instead. Of course, this caused a lot of disappointment and frustration among the fans, because not everyone could simply swap their ticket, especially not those traveling in from abroad.
Instead of Monsta X, the young girl group “IVE” will perform on Saturday, who also belong to Starship Entertainment. Although the group only debuted last year, they have already attracted a lot of attention; among other things because 2 of the 6 members, Yujin and Wonyoung, were previously active in the extremely popular project group “IZ*ONE”!
So the lineup for Saturday looks as follows:
Kai (EXO), (G)I-dle, IVE, AB6IX, Mamamoo, NCT Dream, Enhypen
On Sunday a total of 6 acts will perform, one fewer than the day before. These include both artists who can also be seen on Saturday and new ones. Until just now, only 5 of the 6 acts were known:
Monsta X, (G)I-dle, IVE, AB6IX and Oneus.
Of course, fans couldn't wait to find out who the sixth artist would be. The rumor mill has been bubbling like hardly any other, and now it's finally out: Dreamcatcher and Mamamoo are coming to Frankfurt on May 15! Not just one, but two acts at once. What a surprise!
Will you go?
