2025 is already packed with K-Pop festivals and world tours, but today another especially exciting event has been added: J-Hope from BTS and IVE will perform at Lollapalooza Berlin! The renowned music festival takes place on July 12 and 13.
Lollapalooza is one of the biggest and best-known music festivals in the world. Originally founded in the USA in 1991 as a touring festival, it now takes place annually in several cities around the world, including Chicago, Paris, São Paulo and Buenos Aires. It offers a mix of rock, pop, hip-hop and electronic music and attracts international top acts as well as up-and-coming artists.
In 2015, Berlin became the festival's first European host. So this year, Lollapalooza Berlin is celebrating its 10th anniversary!
YESTERDAY, J-HOPE AND IVE WERE ANNOUNCED AS HEADLINERS!
They will share the stage at Olympiastadion & Olympiapark Berlin with international stars such as Justin Timberlake, Gracie Abrams and Raye.
You can find the tickets for the event here.
Some ticket categories are already sold out, so don't wait too long if you want to be there!
This means K-Pop stars are guests at Lollapalooza Berlin for the second year in a row. Last year, the boy group Seventeen took part as the first K-Pop act ever and caused a real media frenzy.
For J-Hope and IVE, it's not their first time on the Lollapalooza stage:
Back in 2022, J-Hope thrilled the crowds in Chicago with an energetic performance. IVE made their Lollapalooza Chicago debut last year and will continue their journey this year not only in Berlin, but also in Paris.
We can't wait to welcome the stars in Berlin!
