PRE-DEBUT
In early June, The Black Label announced a new and unique co-ed group made up of 5 members. The new project caught fans’ attention for several reasons: for one, ALLDAY PROJECT is only YG's sub-label's second K-pop group. The first group - the girl group MEOVV - had celebrated their debut just 9 months earlier.
ALLDAY PROJECT is also one of very few K-pop groups to have both male and female members. The best-known examples include Coed School (2010) and KARD (2017).
Just a few days after the announcement, the members introduced themselves. All 5 uploaded a photo of themselves with a contract to their personal Instagram accounts, confirming that the project would take effect on June 23. They also linked ALLDAY PROJECT's official Instagram channel, where the first photo of the whole group also appeared on June 8.
This first reveal was unusual in itself, since members are usually introduced one by one on the groups’ official channels rather than their own. Most idols don't even have their own account in the first years of their career.
The members aren't new faces; they had all already made a name for themselves in dance and music before debuting as idols. Youngseo won 2nd place on the survival show “R U Next?” and, with it, the chance to debut in the girl group ILLIT. However, she dropped out for unknown reasons before the debut.
Annie and Bailey were already introduced as The Black Label trainees back in February 2024 and, according to rumors, were meant to debut in MEOVV. However, neither ended up in the final line-up, and instead prepared for activities with ALLDAY PROJECT. Bailey is best known as a dancer and has created the choreography for countless K-pop hits, including “K/DA - Pop/Stars”, “Red Velvet - Psycho” and “SHINee - Don't Call Me”!
The two guys had also been active long before their debut: Tarzzan debuted as a model at Seoul Fashion Week in 2022, and Woochan was the youngest contestant in the 2017 rap competition “Show Me The Money 6”, where he even made it to the semifinals. A year later, Woochan released the digital single “OGZ” under the name “OG SCHOOL PROJECT” together with 2 other trainees.
Producer Teddy described ALLDAY PROJECT as a “special collaboration of 5 incomparable artists”.
CAREER
The music video for the first single “FAMOUS” was released on June 16, 2025, just a week after the members were introduced. On June 23, ALLDAY PROJECT celebrated their official debut with the single album “FAMOUS” and the title track “WICKED”.
Success wasn't long in coming! On July 3, Bailey, Woochan and the rest of the group won their first music show trophy at M Countdown, followed by a second trophy on July 19 at Show! Music Core.
Across social media, ALLDAY PROJECT had gathered over 3.3 million followers by August 2025. Nearly half of those come from Instagram. At that point, the members’ personal accounts had between 800 thousand and 1 million followers each. The clear frontrunner, however, is Bailey, with over 2.3 million followers!

- Woochan was a member of Trainee A, a well-known pre-debut group from BigHit Music that disbanded, to fans’ great disappointment.
