TXT have released no fewer than 16 albums in Korea and Japan, contributed several soundtracks for successful K-dramas and anime, and graced the covers of countless magazines over the years. Since their debut on March 4, 2019, the boy group has celebrated one success after another and established itself as one of the leaders of the 4th K-Pop generation.
Today the boys are already celebrating their 7th anniversary!
Exactly 7 years ago, the first album “The Dream Chapter: Star“ was released together with the debut single “Crown”. The refreshing sound and the five talented members were a hit with fans all over the world from the very beginning and laid the foundation for a successful career that continues to this day.
The end of the seventh year is at the same time the beginning of something new: TXT already announced the new album “7TH YEAR: 가시덤불에 잠시 바람이 멈췄을 때” yesterday, which roughly means “When the wind paused among the thorns“. In our shop you will find it under the English title “7TH YEAR: WHEN THE WIND PAUSED AMONG THE THORNS”.
The album will be released on April 13 and, as always, contains great music and colorful extras! You can choose between the STANDARD, THORN, PPULBATU and PHOTOCARD CASE versions:
TXT - 7TH YEAR: WHEN THE WIND PAUSED AMONG THE THORNS
The three Standard versions - HUNGER, TENSION & ANXIETY - tempt with intense colors, photo cards and more!
Each version consists of an 88-page photo book, accompanied by a CD, a lyric book, a poster and a sticker. On top of that come a few random extras: one of 5 possible postcards, one of 5 selfie photo cards and one of 10 unit photo cards.
All versions are available with 5 different pre-order extras: YES24 Gift, Apple Music Gift, Makestar Gift, Aladin Gift or Weverse Gift. There is definitely something in there for you, too!
THORN VER.
You like to be surprised? Then you are exactly in the right place! There are 5 THORN versions, each dedicated to one of the 5 members of TXT. Which one you get is a matter of chance, so it stays an exciting secret full of anticipation until you unpack it!
We can already reveal the contents: you can look forward to a 36-page photo book, a poster, a lyric book, a postcard, a sticker, a CD and one of 5 possible photo cards. Most of the contents are the same everywhere, but the motifs in the photo book and on the postcard differ in each version.
PPULBATU VER.
The so-called PPULBATU version is the usual Weverse Albums version, which mainly offers digital content. In addition, you can look forward to a selfie photo card, a sticker set and a card holder!
You can access the digital content using the enclosed QR card and the instruction manual.
Here, too, there are 5 different versions. Which one you get is a matter of chance.
PHOTOCARD CASE VER.
The 4 PHOTOCARD CASE versions - THORN, HUNGER, TENSION & ANXIETY - will definitely make your collector's heart beat faster, because they contain a whole selfie photo card set of 5 cards! You also get an official photo card, a sticker, an NFC CD with instructions and a colorful photo card case keychain, which, like the other versions, is adorned with the new logo: a cross filled with thorns.
The color of the keychain differs depending on the version, as do the photo cards and the NFC CD.
