Originally, SM Entertainment planned the debut of the new girl group for the fourth quarter of 2023. But the plans were postponed several times - to the first half of 2024, then to the second half of 2024 and finally to the first quarter of 2025.
However, the fans' interest never faded: They kept asking for news and current plans for the girl group. Now it's finally here! This time it's no longer vague rumors, because starting today you can pre-order Hearts2Hearts' debut single album “The Chase” in our shop!

Nevertheless, we found a few teasers and first info and summarized them for you:
It all began with the Hearts2Hearts 'Chase Your Choice' Debut Trailer, which was released on YouTube last night. It not only shows the 8 members, but also gives insights into the concept and gives us a glimpse of a choreography that we might soon see on stage as well.
ALL VERSIONS OF “THE CHASE” AT A GLANCE:
There is one Package Version, two Photobook Versions and the two digital Mini Book Versions. All 5 will be released on February 24.
The Package Version is expected to include a photo book, a CD and a photocard. The same applies to the two Photobook Versions. Of course, the concepts and motifs will differ, but we won't find out exactly what they look like until the next few days.
The Mini Book Versions also come with a photo book and a photocard. Instead of a CD, you get a Music NFC CD.
All versions offer two songs: The title track “The Chase” and the B-side “Butterflies”. It's only two songs, but they are enough to experience the unusual musical tone of Hearts2Hearts.
ABOUT HEARTS2HEARTS:
The girl group consists of 8 members aged 14 to 18: JIWOO, CARMEN, YUHA, STELLA, JUUN, A-NA, IAN and YE-ON. The leader is said to be the second-oldest, Jiwoo. The maknae is 14-year-old Ye-on, who will celebrate her 15th birthday in April. Most of the members come from South Korea, but Stella grew up in Canada and Carmen is from Indonesia.
Carmen is the first Indonesian idol under SM Entertainment! The vast majority of idols naturally come from South Korea, but by now many other nationalities are also represented, including Japan, China or Thailand. Carmen is not the first Indonesian K-Pop idol, but there are not yet many of her compatriots in the industry. One of the few examples is Zayyan from the boy group Xodiac.
Snapshots of the young singers have appeared on Instagram in recent days and weeks.
