2024 is the year of Twice! It began with the Korean mini album “With You-th” in February and continued with Nayeon’s second solo album “Na” (June) and Twice’s Japanese studio album “Dive” (July). On top of that, the unit Misamo recently announced their first comeback and now Tzuyu’s solo debut joins the list too: “abouTZU” will be released on September 6.
Tzuyu is best known for her beautiful face, but she also enchants fans with her clear voice. On YouTube, the singer has repeatedly uploaded song covers over the past few years, and 9 years after her debut she is finally presenting her very first album.

TZUYU LAUNCHES A SOLO CAREER AS THE THIRD MEMBER OF TWICE:
Twice leader Nayeon was the first to take the step in 2022 and has even released her second solo album this year. Both “Im Nayeon” and “Na” topped the charts and set several records. Among other things, “Im Nayeon” was the most pre-ordered album by a female solo artist at the time of its release.
Jihyo followed with another successful solo debut. The singer released her first own album “Zone” in 2023 and likewise topped the Circle Album Chart. In addition, “Zone” broke the record for the most copies sold by a female solo artist in the first week. Jihyo managed to sell more than 500 thousand albums in that short time!
These successes show once again that Twice is a group full of all-rounders who can fill the stage on their own, too.
So Tzuyu is following in big footsteps. That is undoubtedly accompanied by a lot of pressure, but we firmly believe that Tzuyu will live up to expectations!
