Have you already seen the anniversary photobooks from the magazine Dicon? By now, most people have probably stumbled across them, since a total of eight well-known bands are now part of the project: Twice, BTS, Enhypen, Seventeen, NCT Dream, NCT 127, Stray Kids & TXT. We introduced a few of the photobooks to you in a separate article, starting with BTS and Twice in July.
They attract attention because, at 26 x 38 centimeters, they are not only quite big but, with around 200 pages, also very thick! Of course, a few cool extras are included too. You can find all the details here!
As if that weren't enough already, Dicon has now taken it one step further and announced DICON D'FESTA MINI EDITIONs! As the name suggests, they are a bit smaller than the big editions, but at least as exciting:
The Mini Editions of course also include a photobook. It measures 22 x 21 centimeters and contains 100 pages filled with photos of the respective group. As with the big editions, fans can choose here too which cover they want; there is one for each of the members.
On top of that, buyers also get a small photocard binder with 26 pages, each of which holds four photocards; so there is plenty of room! The cover shows the same member as the photobook, so it is worth thinking about which version you would like to have.
What comes now is especially interesting: Every Mini Edition contains 100 photocards! They are neatly stored in a small box. You can decide whether to leave them in there or keep them in the photocard binder. It is of course perfectly suited for that and also has enough room for all 100 cards!

The Mini Editions are perfect for all photocard lovers and let's be honest, who doesn't like the classic extra? In addition to the 100 photocards, buyers also get two special cards: a lenticular card and a plastic card. The two cards very likely also show the member you chose, who is also on the cover of the photobook and the photocard binder.
So you have a photobook and photocards of the whole band, but a little extra from your bias. Nothing left to wish for, right?
Of course there are Mini Editions of every band that also has a big edition:
Every band has a different color, so for example the Twice Mini Edition is kept in pink and the BTS one is light orange. How many versions there are of course depends on the number of members: the BTS Mini Edition has seven versions, for example, and the Stray Kids one has eight.
Important: There are “only” eight versions of the Twice edition, because Jeongyeon did not take part in the project in order to take care of herself. So she is not to be seen in the photobook or on the photocards either.
On YouTube, Dispatch, the publisher of DICON, has uploaded a series of short teasers over the past few weeks that give insights into the photo shoots:
Do you already know whether you will get a Mini Edition or a big edition? Or have you already made room on your shelf for both? Let us know in the comments!
