The charismatic 8-member boy group has announced a comeback in April!
You can pre-order the new album starting today!
As you may know, EPEX is a young boy group from C9 Entertainment that debuted on June 8, 2021 with their first album "Bipolar Pt. 1: Prelude of Anxiety". At the end of October, the second album “Bipolar Pt. 2: Prelude of Love” followed, and now number three is just around the corner!
EPEX's first title track “Lock You Down” was named by US Billboard as one of the best K-Pop songs of the year, and the boy group has won Rookie Awards at several award shows, including the “31st Seoul Music Awards”. If you haven't heard of the guys yet, it's about time to catch up!
Today we're introducing the new album to you, with which you can either continue or start your collection!
Prelude of Anxiety Chapter 1. 21st Century Boys

Concept photos have been appearing on EPEX's official Instagram account for 3 days now and more are due to follow in the next few days. The anticipation is growing! According to the schedule Twitter, the tracklist will only be announced on March 28, but as of today we at least know what the physical album has in store for us:
As with the previous two albums, “Prelude of Anxiety” also comes in two different versions and plenty of extras! The two versions - “Chase” and “Flee” - come with an individually designed 80-page photobook that is held together by a matching sleeve. The sleeve and the photobook cover feature a dramatic logo that was introduced in a short video on YouTube a week ago:
Each version includes an individually designed CD, a lyric poster and an individually designed sticker. On top of that comes one of 16 possible selfie photocards and one of 4 possible unit photocards. The designs on the cards differ depending on the version, but not all of them! Of the selfie photocards there are 8 designs that you can find in both versions and 8 that differ. The unit photocards are similar: 4 designs are in both versions and the remaining 4 are different.
If you'd like even more extras, it's worth pre-ordering the album! All First Press copies additionally come with an AR photocard and optionally a poster. Here, too, the design differs depending on the version.
