Last year, the Korean media company Dispatch celebrated its 10th anniversary and, to mark the occasion, held a K-Pop festival under the title D’FESTA and also released exclusive photobooks featuring several popular K-Pop groups.
Even though the anniversary was a while ago now, there is still exciting news for K-Pop fans related to it. As of today, you can pre-order a DVD or Blu-ray of the D’FESTA festival!
D’FESTA THE MOVIE - Blu-ray / DVD
The festival took place in April 2022. Nine popular idol groups performed there: BTS, Twice, Stray Kids, TXT, Enhypen, Seventeen, NCT 127, NCT Dream & NU’EST
If you are a fan of one or more of these groups, we have exactly the right thing for you! On May 7, DVDs and Blu-rays with footage of the event will be released. This way you can bring “THE MOVIE” home with you. In addition to the film, the DVDs and Blu-rays also contain behind-the-scenes footage and several extras:

Blu-ray (Region Code 2):

As you can see, there is only a small difference. The Blu-ray also contains an additional ending credit. Because the item comes from Japan, all content has Japanese subtitles.
Of course, the discs don’t come on their own, but in a stylish box. And the best part is that it is dedicated entirely to your favorite group! There are nine versions to choose from, one for each group that performed at the festival:

The cover shows the members of the respective group. Inside you will find a 24-page booklet, a bookmark and of course the DVD or Blu-ray, depending on which you chose.
Every buyer gets a random bookmark. If you chose the BTS version, for example, you will get one of seven possible BTS bookmarks. How many bookmark variants there are in each box depends on the number of members, because each bookmark shows one of the members.
Since the festival already took place in April 2022, BTS is still represented with all seven members.
Jeongyeon of Twice had taken a break at the time. That is why only eight members can be seen in the Twice box. Accordingly, there are also only eight bookmark variants.

Who is Dispatch?
Dispatch is an online media company that regularly reports on news from the Korean entertainment industry. It is known for always being the first to write about new dating rumors involving Korean celebrities such as actors and idols.
In addition, the company has been publishing the DICON (or: D’icon) magazine since 2020. Each issue revolves around one famous K-Pop group. Unlike conventional magazines, which usually feature more than one artist - even if one is the focus and claims the cover - the DICON issues consist of 100% content about the respective artist.
