Fans are convinced that Twice Jihyo will debut solo in August!

What does this mysterious message mean? It was uploaded yesterday on Twice's Twitter and Instagram account, as well as on the official website. Accompanying this message is an image showing a hand on a steering wheel. Nothing more. But that's enough for the girl group's fans to come up with a theory: They are convinced that Jihyo will debut solo in August!

K-pop fans are known for finding even the smallest clues and coming up with theories after only a short time, which often turn out to be true.

This time, the detectives among Twice fans have discovered three clues that support their theory:

• Jihyo's latest nail design matches the nails seen in the mysterious picture.
• Fans have found the file name from the picture on Twice website: twice_notice_20230604162725_TW-JH-M1-Title LOGO Teaser_0602
  
  The section TW-JH-M1is particularly interesting. Fans speculate that the letters are an abbreviation for "Twice Jihyo Mini Album 1".
• Jihyo sang a self-penned song called "Nightmare" on April 15 at the first concert of Twice READY TO BE World Tour. This possibly means that she is ready for her solo debut!

Are you convinced about the fan theory?

Jihyo would be only the second member of Twice to debut solo. In June 2022, Nayeon kicked things off with her album "I'm Nayeon" , including the title track "Pop!"

It seems like ONCE is in for an exciting year! Finally, on July 26, Twice's very first subunit MISAMO will also release their debut album.
