The new year is here! And how could we start it better than with new music from (G)I-DLE? The girl group announced their second studio album “2 (2ND FULL ALBUM)” yesterday, their first studio album in almost two years! It's coming out as soon as January 29!
(G)I-DLE rarely starts a new year with a comeback this early. In the five and a half years since their debut, Soyeon, Minnie and the others have only released one album in January: the mini album “I Burn” on January 11, 2021. So 2024 already promises to be a great year!
What do you want from an album? A photo book, digital content or a simple CD case with a few photocards? (G)I-DLE has prepared something for every taste, so you definitely won't go away empty-handed!
The three standard versions “0”, “1” and “2” kick things off.
If you like spending time flipping through high-quality photos of your favorite artist, you're in exactly the right place: each version consists of a 96-page photo book that takes you into the world of (G)I-DLE. On top of that come a lyric paper, a CD and of course lots of small and big extras: one of five possible photocards, one of five film photocards, one of five message cards, one of five mini posters, an envelope and stickers.
If you still have a free spot on one of your walls, you can optionally order a poster as well. But only until the release on January 29!
Alternatively, the three standard versions are also available with one of five exclusive Soundwave photocards. The “+ Soundwave Photocard” variant is available separately in the shop; you can find it here.
The Jewel version is a bit simpler and just right for everyone who values the CD and photocards in particular.
Each album contains one of 15 possible photocards, a small photo book, a lyric paper and of course a CD. The CD comes in a matching CD case with one of the members on the cover.
There are five different versions, and both the CD case and the photo book differ depending on the version. Each one is dedicated to one of the five members. Unfortunately we only receive them randomly, so you can't choose the member. We're keeping our fingers crossed that you get what you wish for!

As with every Poca Album, you can expect digital content such as the songs, videos and exclusive photos. The enclosed instructions explain how you can access it. But the physical extras are very interesting too: one of three possible QR cards, two of five photocards and two stickers. The QR card is exactly as big as a normal photocard, so it fits perfectly into your collecting binder as well!
The packaging itself is also a highlight, because you can unfold it into a photo stand for photocards. Will you set it up?
As with the Jewel version, there are also five different versions of the Poca Album; one for each (G)I-DLE member. Which photocards and stickers you get depends on the version, because they are different everywhere. Who is your bias?
Since their debut, (G)I-DLE have released a total of eight Korean albums, two Japanese albums and last year even an English album.
Almost all Korean albums reached the top 3 of the Circle Charts and often even took first place! (G)I-DLE's best-selling album is currently the sixth mini album “I Feel” with over 1.4 million copies sold! We're sure that the powerful girl group will continue their streak of success with “2 (2ND FULL ALBUM)” and we're already looking forward to new hits for our playlist.
