Ever since J-Hope became the first member of BTS to officially make his solo debut in July 2022 with the studio album “Jack in the Box”, we've been eagerly waiting for the other BTS members to follow his example. RM and Jin have also made their solo debuts since then, and today the next member has announced plans for a solo album!
Jimin will make his solo debut in February!
This news has been spreading for just a few hours, and Big Hit Music said that exact details will be announced as soon as they are final.
This announcement comes at exactly the right time, because just three days ago, on January 13, Jimin released a single called “Vibe” together with Taeyang of Big Bang. We definitely want more and can't wait to listen to a whole album by Jimin very soon!
BTS will already be celebrating their 10th anniversary in June. Over the years, the members have of course also presented one or two solo songs. In Jimin’s case, these include, for example, the song “Lie” on the BTS album “Wings” (2016) or “Filter” on the album “Map of the Soul: 7”.
How excited are you about Jimin’s solo debut?
