In May, 2nd Generation boy group Infinite caused a stir when leader Sung Kyu created "Infinite Company" and a mysterious teaser appeared on YouTube. The Twitter account has also started a countdown for days, which will end on June 9, Infinite's 13th anniversary.

Many fans are undoubtedly hoping for a comeback of Infinite; it would be the first in four years. However, today Kim Sung Kyu surprisingly announced a solo album, so it seems that the members will continue to focus on solo projects for now.

The new album is called "2023 S/S Collection" and will be released on June 29!

The album is available in three versions: S ver., K ver. and Platform ver. The S and K versions consist of an 80-page photo book that includes a CD, one of two folded posters and a handful of smaller extras. Extras include one of two possible film camera photo prints, a door hanger, and one of three photo cards.

If you buy the set with both versions, you're guaranteed not to get anything twice, as all the content is designed differently depending on the version!

Those who pre-order the album will get one of two possible posters as an exclusive bonus!

Fans who choose the Platform version of the album can look forward to one of two mini cards, one of two selfie photo cards, a six-piece postcard set, and digital content! To access the digital content, you'll need the QR code that you'll find on the back of the mini card.

In addition to the album details, Sung Kyu has also already revealed the tracklist on Twitter:

We can expect seven tracks including the title track "Small Talk". According to the schedule uploaded at the end of last week, we can look forward to many more teasers: two concept films, six concept photos, two music video teasers and a highlight medley. So it won't be boring!

Kim Sung Kyu started his solo career back in 2012, just two years after he debuted as a member of Infinite.

Already his first mini album "Another Me" topped the Gaon (now Circle) charts. By now, Sung Kyu can look back on four mini albums, one studio album and two single albums, almost all of which have placed in the top 10 of the charts! Most recently, the fourth mini album "Savior," featuring the title song of the same name, was released in April 2022.

In addition to his solo albums, Sung Kyu expanded his artistic repertoire by participating in various projects. This year, for example, he was featured as a mentor in the JTBC survival show "Peak Time" and as a lead actor in the musical "Red Book".
