On September 9, Jackson presented his second album MAGIC MAN and a music video for the title song “Blue”. Now, two weeks later, he has finally announced a physical album on his official Twitter account!
The new physical album is called the Global Version because exclusive US versions, consisting of the CD and a small booklet, were sold before.
The wait was worth it, because the new physical album comes in three different versions that include a range of extras!
The versions are called “MAGIC MAN” (red), “MAGIC MAN Collector’s 01” (blue) and “MAGIC MAN Collector’s 02” (black). Besides the CD, buyers get a photo book, two out of four possible photocards, a letter from Jackson, a four-piece sticker pack and, for orders placed before September 23, a folded poster as well. All of these contents are neatly packed in a box with a practical magnetic closure.
The cover of each box shows a photo of Jackson. The same photo also adorns the respective photo book cover. IMPORTANT: The photo books do have different covers, but the pictures inside are the same in all three versions!
The sticker pack is the same everywhere, too, but all the other contents are designed differently in each version. So there are, for example, 12 different photocard designs in total that you can get, four per version.
But that’s not all: When ordering, you can additionally choose whether you would like an extra photocard or not!

Jackson surprisingly released the mixtape "LOST & FOUND" in March and announced back then that he was working on something even bigger. He didn’t build up the anticipation for nothing, because the fans are absolutely thrilled with the new album: Thanks to them, MAGIC MAN debuted at number 15 on the Billboard 200 chart, among other things; a record for Jackson!
