The nine-member girl group Kep1er made their debut on January 3 with the mini album “First Impact” and has never kept fans waiting long for new music since. By now we can look back on four albums and hits like “Wa Da Da” or “We Fresh”! And of course the group won't be taking a break in 2023 either: Today the label WAKE ONE confirmed that Kep1er will celebrate a comeback on April 10!
Besides Kep1er, WAKE ONE also manages Jo Yuri (IZ*ONE) and Roy Kim, among others.
Another date Kep1er fans can look forward to. Because on March 15, the Japanese single album “Fly-By” is coming out first! The title song “I Do! Do You?” was uploaded together with a music video nine days ago. The upbeat song puts you in a good mood and is the perfect start to another year with the girl group!
We're excited to see what the new album has in store for us! We're also keeping our fingers crossed for new record-breaking results. Currently, their latest Korean album “Troubleshooter” holds the record for the most copies sold on the first day: 167,000. We're sure that Kep1er will break this personal record very soon, because the group has continuously improved since their debut.
Kep1er is a project group that was formed in the survival show Girls Planet 999 and will only be active together for a limited time. But the contract covers two and a half years, so there is still more than a year left for us to spend together with the girl group.
The survival show Boys Planet is currently airing, the successor to Girls Planet 999. Watch the past episodes and vote for your favorite in the upcoming rounds, who might soon follow in Kep1er's footsteps!
