Ever since J-Hope became the first BTS member to make his official solo debut, several of his bandmates have followed in his footsteps. These include Jin, RM and Jimin. The latter released his debut album ‘FACE’ just 10 days ago. And today the next one has already announced his solo debut: Suga!

BTS SUGA (AGUST D) - D-DAY (1ST SOLO ALBUM)
Today, Suga presented three versions: two Standard versions and one Weverse Albums version. On top of that, there are various Weverse Gifts and Soundwave photocards. We have summarized all the versions and the different extras for you. Read until the end so you don't miss any of the exclusive extras!
The two Standard versions - VERSION 01 (Black) & VERSION 02 (Brown) - consist of a 100-page photobook that contains a lyric book, a CD and several extras:
A postcard, an A photocard, one of two possible B photocards, a so-called Scanimation card and a sticker.
All versions will be released on April 24 and will be shipped by us from Germany around mid/late May. If you pre-order the Standard version, you will also get a folded poster for your collection!
Alternatively, there is also the Weverse Albums version with a 24-page photobook, a lyric poster, a postcard, a QR card and one of two possible photocards.
But that's far from everything!
Weverse Gift + Soundwave Extra
It has become common that you can also purchase albums by Hybe artists with an additional WeVerse Gift. This is of course also the case with Suga!
Attention: The “+ Weverse Gift” variant is available separately in the shop.
So you can order the Standard versions with or without a gift. In this case, the Weverse Gift is one of two possible card holders. But here, too, there are differences! If you order a set of both versions, you get not only both card holders, but also one of two possible photocards. You can also choose a set with all three versions (01, 02 & Weverse Album). Then, just like with the 2-version set, you get two card holders, a photocard and, on top of that, one of two L-holders:
- WeVerse Gift (one version): card holder (1 of 2)
- 2-version set: photocard (1 of 2) + card holder set (2 pcs.)
- 3-version set: photocard (1 of 2) + card holder set (2 pcs.) + photocard L-holder (1 of 2)
As you can see, there is no gift included with the Weverse Albums version on its own.
But there is yet another variant: “+ Soundwave Photocard”! This one is also available separately in the shop.
This one is a bit simpler than the Weverse Gift: You can order the Standard versions with an additional Soundwave photocard.

As you probably know, Suga has already released two mixtapes under the artist name “AgustD” in the past: “Agust D” (2016) and “D-2” (2020). So it was only a matter of time before he would finally present an official solo album! This one is also released under the name AgustD.
Suga not only wrote and produced all 20 tracks from his mixtapes himself, but has also produced countless songs for BTS and even for other artists. Among the better known ones is, for example, “Eight”, the digital single by the extremely popular solo singer IU. Rumor has it that the two are even working together again at the moment!
So it is no surprise that, according to Big Hit, Suga was also involved in the lyrics and production of the songs on his solo album D-Day. On April 7, we are already getting a foretaste, because a pre-release single is set to be released on that day.
And as if that weren't enough, a documentary titled ‘SUGA: Road to D-DAY’ is also coming, which will air on Disney+ and Weverse!
