Today, it's almost standard practice to offer a digital version of every K-Pop album as well. These have very different names: Poca Album, Nemo Album, SMini, Kihno, Digital Code or Platform Version. Most of them have only been around for a few years, so digital versions of many older albums don't exist. This also applies to The Boyz. The boy group only started offering digital versions of their albums last year. This includes the last two albums Be Aware (2022) and Be Awake (2023).
That has changed today! On June 19, brand new Platform albums from The Boyz' first ten Korean albums will be released. From the debut album "The First" from 2017 to the single album "Maverick" from 2021:

What exactly is a Platform version?
This version consists of a paper photocard holder that contains photocards and in some cases stickers or a postcard. On the back of a photocard is printed a QR code and a serial number. Buyers must download an app and then use the code or number to access digital content: An album info, all tracks from the album, digital photo cards, the music video and possibly exclusive photos and videos. The photo card holder is just a little bigger than the photocards themselves.
The Platform albums from The Boyz are all built almost identically:
They all contain one of 11 possible mini cards with a QR code on the back. These mini cards are the same size as regular photo cards, so you can keep them together with the others in your collection binder. Plus, there's an official photo card set with 11 cards! Also, there is always one of 11 selfie photo cards included. Some albums even come with 2 of 33 selfie cards. To access the digital content you need the MINIRECORD App.
