As early as mid-August, Pledis Entertainment announced that Seventeen is planning a comeback in October, but further details were slow to follow. Now it's finally here: last night, Seventeen revealed their eleventh mini album “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN”! It will be released in almost exactly one month, on October 23!
From today, you can pre-order numerous different versions of SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN from us! In this article, we give you an overview, because there is a lot to choose from. No two versions are alike; each one has something different to offer. And then there are exclusive extras from different shops like Soundwave and Weverse! Read to the end so you don't miss anything:
SEVENTEEN - SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN (11TH MINI ALBUM)
First, we'll introduce you to the three standard versions, which are named after times of day: “AM 5:26”, “PM 2:15” and “PM 10:23”. The three versions accompany us through the day. To match, the covers of the three boxes each show a different time of day. Every box is packed with colorful and varied extras that will make every fan's heart beat faster!
Among other things, you can expect an 80-page photobook, a 12-page lyric book and a CD. Collectors will probably be most excited about the sticker (1 of 13), the photocards (2 of 26) and the mini card (1 of 13). There is also a paper craft kit that appeals to the creative side of fans.
Although the three boxes look very similar at first glance, you can look forward to plenty of variety. In fact, every single item in each version is designed differently! No photobook, no photocard and none of the other extras look the same. So if you buy all three versions, you are guaranteed not to get anything twice.
If you order the album before the release on October 23, you will be rewarded! You'll then get a festival wristband and a folded poster as well!
Still not enough? Then we can recommend the “+ Weverse Gift” and “+ Soundwave Bookmark” variants.
With these, you'll get even more additional extras, such as a bookmark or photocards.
Alternatively, there are two digital versions of the album!
SEVENTEEN - SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN (KIT VER.)
The KIT version contains 26 photocards, one of 13 possible selfie photocards, a postcard, a title & credit card and, of course, the digital AiR-KiT. All of this is neatly stored in a rectangular box.
Like the KIT version, the Weverse Albums version also tempts mainly with photocards: SEVENTEEN - SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN (WEVERSE ALBUMS VER.)
Buyers get one of 13 possible QR cards, two of 26 photocards and an instruction manual. The album's packaging is doubly practical, because it also serves as a card holder!
As with the standard versions, there are also exclusive extras from Weverse and Soundwave here:
The "+ Weverse Gift" variant additionally includes one of three mini folders. And the "+ Soundwave Coaster" variant comes, as the name already suggests, with an extra coaster.
These variants are also available separately in the shop:
How much are you looking forward to the comeback?
With the announcement, Seventeen has already answered many questions that fans have been asking over the last few weeks. And it surely won't be long before the boy group reveals the tracklist and gives further insights into the album! Yesterday, a short animated video on Twitter got things started. It shows a festival wristband with the album title and the release date on it.
SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN is being released six months after the record-breaking album FML. It surpassed all its predecessors and is currently considered the best-selling K-Pop album of all time! It is followed by Stray Kids with their album “5 Star” and BTS with “Map of the Soul: 7”.
The comeback in October is eagerly awaited, because fans naturally hope that the boy group can repeat this success or maybe even surpass it! We're keeping our fingers crossed for the guys!
