Girls Generation’s Taeyeon is ready to enchant her fans once again. Her new album “INVU” is coming out on February 14!
Since yesterday you can pre-order “INVU” in our shop!
The successful singer released her last solo album “What Do I Call You” in December 2020. Of course, that doesn’t mean we didn’t hear anything from Taeyeon in 2021! She appeared on several entertainment shows, presented the digital single “Weekend” in July and recorded songs with other artists several times. Her beautiful voice can be heard, for example, in the song “If I Could Tell You” by SHINee’s Taemin and “Hate That…” by SHINee’s Key.
After more than 14 years in the music business, it isn’t easy to break new ground once again, but Taeyeon has done it. On January 3, 2022, she debuted for the third time. This time together with Girls Generation’s Hyoyeon and other stars from SM Entertainment’s girl groups in the project group “Girls On Top”. The first single “Step Back” has already given us a taste of the harmony of the seven members. So we’re certainly not the only ones looking forward to a whole album, right?
But first, it’s time for something of her own again! On January 17, the pre-release single “Can’t Control Myself” was uploaded to YouTube. In it, Taeyeon sings about how love drives her crazy and she loses control. The theme of love seems to continue, at least in part, because the new album “INVU” is coming out on February 14!
INVU
Not all details about the album are known yet, but what we do know, we’ll of course share with you!
There will be two “regular” versions - Blue and Orange - each containing a 144-page photobook. Beyond that, there’s also the limited “Envy” version. This one comes with an 88-page photobook. And as if that weren’t enough, there’s also a “Tape” version available. As you can see, there’s plenty of choice. So on Valentine’s Day, none of us will go home empty-handed!
Unfortunately, it’s not yet known which extras are included in the different versions, but we’ll surely find out soon!
Of course, you can find all versions of “INVU” right here in our shop!
