Taeyeon gifts us "INVU" on February 14!

Girls Generation's Taeyeon is ready to enchant her fans once again. Her new album "INVU" will be released on February 14!

Ihr letztes Solo Album “What Do I Call You” veröffentlichte die erfolgreiche Sängerin im Dezember 2020. Das heißt natürlich nicht, dass wir in 2021 nichts von Taeyeon gehört haben! Sie war in mehreren Unterhaltungsshows zu sehen, präsentierte im Juli die digitale Single “Weekend” und nahm mehrfach Songs mit anderen Künstlern auf. Ihre wunderschöne Stimme ist zum Beispiel in dem Song “If I Could Tell You” von SHINee’s Taemin und “Hate That…” von SHINee’s Key zu hören.

After more than 14 years in the music business, it's not easy to break new ground once again, but Taeyeon has done it. On January 3, 2022, she debuted for a third time. This time, together with Girls Generation's Hyoyeon and other stars from SM Entertainment's girl groups in the project group "Girls On Top." The first single "Step Back" has already given us a taste of the harmony of the seven members. So we are definitely not the only ones who are excited about a whole album, right?

But before that, it's time for something of her own again! On January 17, the pre-release single "Can’t Control Myself" was uploaded to Youtube. In it, Taeyeon sings about how love drives her crazy and she loses control. The theme of love seems to continue, at least partially, as the new album "INVU" will be released on February 14!

Not all the details about the album are known yet, but what we know, we share with you, of course!

There will be two "normal" versions - blue and orange - each containing a 144-page photo book. But on top of that, there's also the limited edition "Envy" version. This comes with an 88-page photo book. And as if that wasn't enough, there is also a "Tape" version available. So as you can see, there's plenty of choice. So this Valentine's Day, I'm sure none of us will be left empty-handed!

Which extras are included in the different versions is unfortunately not yet known, but we will surely find out soon!
