Take a look at Young K's new album "Letters with notes"!

Young K, also known as Kang Younghyun, has become famous as a member of the band Day6. He is known for his versatile musical skills, as he is not only a singer and bassist, but also a songwriter. As a member of DAY6, Young K has contributed to the band's success with his distinctive voice and songwriting skills.

He also made his solo debut in September 2021 with the mini album "Eternal" . Now, two years later, the singer has announced a new album! It is called "Letters with notes" and is scheduled for release on September 4, 2023 in South Korea.

The album comes in two versions: Fans can choose between the standard version and the digipack version. Each version includes various extras that will make collectors' hearts beat faster.

Let's take a look at the digipack version first:

It contains a 16-page photo book, a CD, one of four possible photo cards, one of four postcards, a folded poster and a lyric sticker.

If you order the album before September 4, you'll also get a clear bookmark and one of four possible Polaroid photo cards!

The standard version offers a more extensive package:

buyers get a box, inside of which they will first of all find a photo book with 80 pages. This is accompanied by a CD, a letter and a photo sticker, among other things. In addition, each box contains one of eight possible photo cards and one of four puzzle pieces.

Again, it's worth ordering before September 4, because then there are three additional extras: Four mini posters with paper frames, one of four message photo cards and one of two transparent films!

Both the box of the standard version and the packaging of the digipack version resemble envelopes. Are you looking forward to opening them?

We assume that Young K wrote all the songs on the album himself, as before, so we can expect a very personal work!

Young K showed very early that he has talent as a songwriter. Since his debut with Day6 in 2015, he has not only written songs for his band, but also collaborated with many other artists. These include boy groups GOT7, Up10tion, girl group H1-Key and solo artists like Eric Nam! He has also penned various K-drama soundtracks, such as "In Your Eyes" from "The Liar and His Lover".

Now Young K is about to make his first comeback as a solo artist. We wish him a lot of success!
