The new album from NCT Dream is called ISTJ and contains 10 songs!
This year, NCT fans had a lot to celebrate: NCT 127 unveiled a new album in January, Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo debuted as a unit , and Taeyeong recently made his solo debut with Shalala . But what about NCT Dream? The unit last released their winter album Candy in December 2022. So it's been half a year now.
Time for something new, right? The boy group thought so too: today SM Entertainment announced that NCT Dream will return on July 17 with a new album called ISTJ!
NCT DREAM COMEBACK ON JULY 17
Korean news portals like Korea JoongAng Daily and Korea Herald reported the comeback a few hours ago, as there are indeed some details about the album already:
As mentioned, it will be called ISTJ and will be released on July 17. Including the title track of the same name, the boy group will present 10 new songs. You'll be able to add one of them to a playlist very soon: Next Monday, namely, a pre-release single called "Broken Melodies" will be released!
Maybe you've already heard of it, because earlier this month NCT Dream briefly teased the song at a concert in Seoul!
According to SM, the album contains many different genres. So variety is guaranteed!
Monday is not only the day you can hear Broken Melodies for the first time, but also the day ISTJ's pre-order phase will start. Check out our store next week and browse through the different versions. ;)
Currently, NCT Dream is still traveling from country to country for their The Dream Show 2 World Tour. The tour started in September 2022 and will end in Mexico on July 11, a few days before the comeback. So the boy group is not taking a break, but continuing to work hard to please their fans with new music!
NCT Dream is not the only SM Entertainment artist releasing an album in the coming weeks:
On June 26, iconic 2nd Generation boy group SHINee will celebrate their 15th anniversary with their 8th full album HARD. July 10 will also see the much anticipated comeback of EXO . So the summer will be dominated by SM Boygroups!
